Orders are carefully packed and shipped from our Levie Merci boutique in Serenbe, Georgia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it along the way.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your package has been picked up. Levie Merci is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your package ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend checking around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contacting the carrier directly.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we’ll help however we can.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

In-Store Pickup

If in-store pickup is available at checkout, orders may be collected from our Serenbe boutique once you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
