Refund policy
We hope you love everything you find at Levie Merci. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box and packaging.
Return Shipping.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For convenience, Levie Merci can provide a prepaid return label, and the following flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:
- $9.95 for standard apparel and accessories
- $14.95 for heavier or larger packages, including shoes, outerwear, and multiple-item returns
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items discounted 40% or more, as well as gift cards.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, intimates, and bodysuits are not returnable.
Refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, less the applicable return shipping fee. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges.
Eligible items may be exchanged within the applicable return window, subject to availability.
Once an item has been exchanged, the replacement item is considered final sale and is not eligible for an additional return, refund, or exchange, except in the case of a verified defect or fulfillment error.
Any price difference between the original item and the replacement item will be charged or refunded as applicable.
In-Store Returns.
Online purchases may also be returned to our Serenbe boutique within the eligible return window at no return-shipping cost.
